ALLEN P. FARMER

Funeral services for Allen P. "Red" Farmer, 75, will be held on Saturday, Feb. 
10, 2001, at 10 a.m. at Golden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Frank Jones 
officiating. Interment will follow in New Winnsboro Cemetery under the 
direction of Golden's. Visitation will be at Golden's from 5 to 8 p.m. at 
Golden's.

 
 
Mr. Farmer died on Feb. 8 at Richardson Medical Center in Rayville. He was a 
long time employee of International Paper and a retired from the Plumber and 
Steamfitter Union Local #659. and was a member of First United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents William Landon Farmer Sr. and Tarrie 
Wiggins Farmer, two sisters, Estelle F. Posey and Allie F. Smith and one 
brother, William L. Farmer. Pallbearers are Delton Jordon, R.L. Singley, Keith 
Knight and John Walker.
