WILMA BELLE RUTH FULFORD


Funeral services for Mrs. Wilma Belle Ruth Fulford age 91 of Delhi will be held 
on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the
Cox Funeral Home chapel in Delhi, LA at 2:00 PM with Rev. Clyde Piercey 
officiating.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Cox Funeral Home on Saturday 
November 15th
Burial will be in the Delhi Masonic Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Chad Foote, Jeremy Foote, Josh Odom, Jacob Odom, Nathan West 
and Paul Fulford.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Baylor Purvis, Brody Foote and Jason Odom
She is preceded in death by her parents Charley Edman and Daisy Rosetta Knighton 
Hartley, her husband Elsie Fulford; by 2 sons, Ronnie Edman and Jimmy Foote, 2 
stepdaughters Shirley Cawthon and Lois Rider, a stepson Willis Fulford' 2 
brothers and 3 sisters and a grandson Zeke West.
Wilma is survived by three sons, Jerry Foote and wife Judy, Kenneth Fulford and 
wife Lisa and Freddie Fulford and wife Allison.
three daughters, Patricia Foote, Brenda Shaw and husband Bud and Becky Joles and 
husband Rick, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and a special niece 
Wanda Ray.
