Golden Funeral Home - January 2016
HENRY FLOYD FORTE

Funeral services for Mr. Henry Floyd Forte, age 55, will be held at 2 PM 
Sunday, January 24, 2016, in the Chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. 
Kevin Sanders officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery 
under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.

Mr. Forte, a resident of Bastrop, LA and a construction worker, passed away 
Thursday, January 21, 2016. Mr. Forte is preceded in death by his father, 
Howard Wooten; and a brother Charles Forte.

Mr. Forte is survived by his mom, Mary Ann Wooten of Bastrop; one sister, 
Diana Potter and husband Jerry of Bastrop, LA; four brothers, Eddie Lee 
Forte and wife Theresa of Indiana, Donald Wooten of Arkansas, Billy Wooten 
of Bastrop, Michael Wooten and wife Kim of Arkansas; and numerous nieces and 
nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 6 - 8 PM at Golden Funeral 
Home.
