Funeral services for Franklin Eugene Goyins Jr., age 64, of Oak Grove, Louisiana 
will be held at a later date.
He is preceded in death by his son, Franklin Eugene Goyins III; parents, 
Franklin Eugene Franklin Sr. and Martha Jean Goyins.
Franklin is survived bb his two step son, Nicholas Putman and Robert Meziere, 
both of Oak Grove, Louisiana; sister, Samantha G. Philley of Oak Grove, 
Louisiana; brother-in-law, Dewayne Gaught of Oak Grove, Louisiana; two nephews, 
William Philley of Monroe, Louisiana and Rey Philley of Bossier City, Louisiana; 
many family members in Florida; special friends, Mike Cox,Scott Burndt and many 
more friends.
