Golden Funeral Home - February 2015
STEVEN D. GOLDEN

Funeral services for Mr. Steven "Steve" D. Golden are scheduled for 11AM Monday,
February 23, 2015, at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Britt Dupree
officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be
held from 5PM until 7PM Sunday, February 22, 2015, at Golden Funeral Home.

Mr. Golden, a building contractor, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2015, at the
age of 59. He loved the outdoors and was known to be an avid fisherman, hunter and
master craftsman. He had a big heart and enjoyed his family and playing practical
and impractical jokes.

He is survived by his daughter, Deidra Mulligan and husband Troy of The Woodlands,
TX; son, Jason Golden of Bastrop, LA; sister, Sonya Adair and husband Mike of
Bastrop, LA; brother, Chris Golden and wife Anne of Mer Rouge, LA; special friend,
Vickie Halterman; grandchildren, Seanna Golden, Skyler Golden, Olivia Mulligan, TJ
Mulligan and Kyle Golden; nieces, Shelly Nugent and husband Steve, Misty Brodnax and
husband Carlton and Heather Evans and husband Paul; nephew, Patrick Golden; numerous
great nieces and nephews and a host of other loved ones and friends.

Mr. Golden is preceded in death by his parents, Edward Lee Golden and Rose Mayo
Golden.

Serving as pallbearers will be Patrick Golden, Jerry Singer, Julian Bayless, Tony
Nolan, Bob Deere and Gary Walker. Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Anthony, John
Conley, Gene Barnes and Clifton Bryant.
