Funeral services for Jonathan Chad Hagan, age 29, of Bastrop will be held at 2 
p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2004 at the Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Bastrop with 
the Rev. W. B. Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Loch Arbor 
Cemetery near Swartz.

Chad died at his residence on Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004. Chad was a graduate of 
Bastrop High School. He loved all sports, and was an avid Saints and Braves 
fan. He loved music. He is survived by his father and mother, John and Vicki 
Hagan of Bastrop; sister, Jessica Renae Hagan of Bastrop; grandmother, Ethel 
Hagan of Bastrop; grandmother and step-grandfather, Oney and Buddy Cummins of 
Bastrop and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Pallbearers are: Chris Beebe, Charlie Laseter, Josh Tubbs, Brian Maloy, Jim Bob 
May, Gus Atkins, Randy Mann, Jeremy Watkins, Jonathon. Honorary pallbearers are 
Eric Watts, Heath Watts, Robie Brown and Johnny Brown. Family will receive 
friends at Cox Funeral Home in Bastrop between the hours of 5 to 9 p.m. on 
Monday, Jan. 5 and between 1 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 6.
