SR. HEATH Graveside funeral services for Mr. Henry C. Heath, Sr are scheduled for 11 AM Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at the NE LA Veterans Cemetery, Rayville, LA with Craig Fleming officiating. Mr. Heath passed away Saturday, September 30, 2023, at the age of seventy-five. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, carpentry work, and piddling in his shop. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mr. Heath also served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Davlyn F. Heath; children, Becky Heath, Holley Heath, Henry Heath, Jr, John David Farrar, and Todd Goodson; siblings, Bobby Lucas and wife, Janet of California, Linda Skains, Sheila Sudduth, and William “Cooter” Heath and wife, Linda, all of Bastrop; grandchildren, Shane Heath, Bundie Jay Farrar, Christian Heath, Halley Farrar and fiance’, Travis Huff, Heather Gunter, Ainslea Gunter and fiance’, Christopher Popwell, and Dalton Heath; great grandchildren, Maddie Graham and Haven Matthews; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mr. Heath is preceded in death by his parents, Jeff and Zora Heath; sister, Zoie Heath; niece, Billie Jo Honeycutt; nephew, Jimmy Skains; and brother-in-law, Robert Skains.
