He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Holloway Helmer Sr. and Joyce 
Elaine Mohr Helmer; two brothers, Benni Helmer and Russell Helmer.
Hobo is survived by his wife, Sue Helmer of Pioneer, Louisiana; son, Nick Helmer 
of Oak Grove, Louisiana; grandson, Cade Helmer; step daughter, Angel Ivey of 
Paragould, Arkansas; two stepsons, James Bugg of Glenmora, Louisiana and Ronny 
Bugg of Mulberry, Arkansas; four step grandchildren, Tyler Ivey, Paige Ivey, 
Madison Ivey, Trace Bugg; sister, Susie Helmer of Oak Grove, Louisiana; brother, 
Scott Helmer Sr. of Oak Grove, Louisiana.
