MARY NELL SLOMOSKY HENDERSON

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Mary Nell Slomosky Henderson are scheduled for
2:00 PM Saturday, July 18, 2020, at Memorial Park Cemetery with Bro. Phillip
McCready officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 PM until
1:30 PM at Golden Funeral Home.

Mrs. Henderson, a member of First Baptist Church and resident of Bastrop, LA, passed
away Thursday, July 16, 2020, at the age of eighty-five. She was a supporter of the
ARC of Morehouse and enjoyed bowling. Mrs. Henderson was very loved and will be
missed by all those who knew her.

She is survived by her daughter, Kara Kay Henderson of Mer Rouge, LA; son, Brad
Henderson of Bastrop, LA; brother, Kenneth Slomosky of Florida; granddaughter,
Amelia Reynoso and husband Kiowa of Winterville, NC; four great grandchildren,
Maryn, Eva, Layla, Mariah; niece, Christy Brott and husband Greg of Frisco, TX;
cousins, Greg Green and wife Mitra of Sterlington, LA, Patricia, and David Talley of
Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Henderson is preceded in death by her parents, Garrett and Delma Slomosky;
husband, Jerry Henderson; and cousin, Dot Talley.
