Sandra Sue Singley Holley, 75, peacefully joined her heavenly family on Friday, February 20, 2026, surrounded by the loving family she cherished so deeply. Born in Bastrop, Louisiana, to Huey and Ruth "Biddie" Singley, Sandra lived a life rich with purpose, love, and simple joys. For three decades, she shaped young minds as an educator in the Morehouse Parish School System, where her dedication to children was so profound that she immortalized her teaching experiences in a book-a testament to her passion for nurturing the next generation. Sandra's greatest treasures were found in life's simple pleasures: caring for her beloved family, casting a line from her pier while fishing, and savoring crawfish with those she loved. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life, and she found spiritual home and community among her church family at Horseshoe Baptist Church. Her legacy of love continues through her devoted husband of 57 years, Raymond Holley; son, Jeffrey Holley; sister, Teresa Kelley (Bo); cousin, Glenda Acreman; and mother-in-law, Bessie Holley Irby. She was preceded in death by her parents and father-in-law Devon Holley. Serving as pallbearers will be Rob Hayden, James Hayden, Heath Porter, John Porter, Timothy Holley, Tim Holley, Eric Johnson. Honorary pallbearers are Lynn McIntyre, James "Bo" Kelley. Sandra's memory will forever be treasured by all who knew her gentle spirit, generous heart, and unwavering devotion to family and faith.
