Dalyn Helbling officiating. Interment will follow in Redwing Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Friday, January 21 at Golden Funeral Home. Mr. Holley, a retired pipefitter and resident of Bastrop, passed away Thursday, January 20, 2011. He was a member of First Church of God and a member of Pipefitters Local 659 Union of Monroe. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Mr. Holley is preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Holley; son, Bruce Holley; daughter, Gay Howard; and grandson, John Holley. He is survived by three sons, Ray Holley and wife Jan of Fredericksburg, Texas, William McDougald of Bastrop, Joe McDougald and wife Leona of Bastrop; thirteen grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers will be Jim Bob McDougald, Chris McDougald, Michael Ardoin, Tony Herrington, Randy Roberts, and Theron Wayne Scott. Honorary pallbearers are Wayne Allen and Tony McDougald.
