DAN IRBY

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Dan Irby, age 71, will be held at 2 PM 
Wednesday at Kilbourne Cemetery with Michael Fischer officiating.

Mr. Irby, a resident of Shreveport and retired from Georgia Pacific in 
Crossett, AR, passed away Monday, July 25, 2016. Mr. Irby is preceded in 
death by a sister, Doilene Akins; and a brother, Kenneth Irby.

Mr. Irby is survived by a daughter, Mary Kay Landry and husband Paul of New 
Iberia, LA; a son, Mike Irby Carpenter of Perryville, LA; a sister, Jo Ann 
Hughes and husband Norman of Miami, OK; a brother, Emmett Irby of 
Shreveport, LA; and two grandchildren, Mai Landry and Bishop Carpenter.
