Golden Funeral Home - August 2020
SUE M. JOHNSON

Funeral services for Mrs. Sue M. Johnson will be held Wednesday August19, 2020 at 10
AM in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Post officiating. Interment
will take place in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to
the service from 9 AM until service time.

Mrs. Johnson, a resident of Bastrop, LA, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2020, at the
age of eighty-eight. She was of the Baptist Faith and worked many different jobs at
the Bastrop Enterprise. Mrs. Johnson was a romantic who enjoyed reading and writing.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren and talking to people. 

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her son, John R. “Bob” Johnson and wife Donna;
grandchildren, David Stinson, Jay Stinson and wife Lindsey, Robert Davis,
Christopher Johnson and wife Ashley, Robert Johnson and wife Nikki; and
great-grandchildren, Destiny, Ava, Charlotte, Blake, Falyn, Kiptyn, Weston, Ella,
and Peyton.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John I. Johnson; daughter, Johnna Sue
Johnson; and  parents, Leon Milne and Aurelia Milne.

Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons.
