Fulton and Rev. Dwight Fulton officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery, Bastrop. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Johnson, a resident of Bastrop, passed away Friday, April 10, 2015. She was a homemaker and a servant of Christ. Mrs. Johnson was a long-time member of the First United Pentecostal Church. She loved serving the Lord, listening to good preaching and her favorite music blue grass gospel. She also visited the nursing homes, and participated in her card ministry. She enjoyed cooking, baking, working in her yard and traveling, especially her trips to Colorado. She loved to encourage and serve as a prayer warrior. Her joy was her Jesus and her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alfred Wesley Johnson; son, Roger Dale Johnson; grandson, Jeremiah Rush Johnson; parents, Charlie and Vergie White; sisters, Sadie Mae Fleming, Wadeene White; and one brother, Charles White. Mrs. Johnson is survived by her son, Don Wesley Johnson and wife Betty Jo of Bastrop, LA; daughter, Charlotte Freeland and husband Richard of Kennewick, WA; daughter-in-law, Rhonda Johnson of Bastrop, LA; son, Michael Johnson and wife Brenda of Texarkana, TX; daughter, Deborah Rice and husband Tommy of Raymond, MS; two sisters, Shirley Strange of Mer Rouge, LA, Freida Hinesley of Nashville, TN; brother, Tony Joe White of Franklin, TN; seven grandchildren, Rhonda Cannedy, Joe Bob Johnson, Keith Wayne Johnson and wife Fran, Micah Freeland and wife Jamie, Eric Johnson and wife Courtney, Jessica Hammersla and husband Joe, Megan Johnson; great grandchildren, Morgan, Drew, Anahbella, Hillary, Hayden, Wesley, Amanda, Randal, Brooklyn, Brody, Aislynn, Bryce, Tyler, Madison; four great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers will be Tommy Rice, Joe Bob Johnson, Keith Johnson, Eric Johnson, Tyler Johnson, Johnny Fleming, and Wesley Johnson. Honorary pallbearers are: Jerry Johnson, John Fleming, Sr., Dale Riels, Bro.Randy Reynolds, Randy Rogers, Bro. Charlie Fullerton, Bro. Chubby Hawthorne, Bro. Richard Sebren, Bro. Doug Barton, Bro.
