Funeral services for Frances Deal Kilpatrick, 76, of Collinston will be held
today, Dec. 29 at 2 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Vic Carter and
the Rev. Don Wright officiating. Interment will follow in Carter Cemetery. Mrs.
Kilpatrick died on Dec. 27, 2003.

Mrs. Kilpatrick was a member of the Grand Chapter of LA Order of the Eastern
Star and the founder and first president of the Carter Association and attended
the First Baptist Church of Collinston. She was preceded in death by her husband
William H. Kilpatrick Sr.; three brothers, Cook L. Deal, Lloyd Deal and Conner
Deal and a sister Nina Jane Brent. She is survived by a daughter, Jacquelin
Kingcaid of West Monroe; a son, William H. Kilpatrick Jr. and wife Linda of
Houston, Texas; one brother, Charles Deal and wife Gilda of Havertown, Penn.,
four grandchildren, Bobby Dale Kelly and wife Karen of Collinston, Mark
Kilpatrick and wife Missy of Missouri City, Texas; Katherine Brupbacher and
husband Steve of Austin, Texas and Michael Kingcaid and wife Beth of Austin,
Texas and five great-grandchildren, Katy and Jake Kelly of Collinston, Megan and
Drew Kilpatrick of Missouri City, Texas and Sydney Brupbacher of Austin, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Dale Kelly, Mark Kilpatrick, Michael Kingcaid, Steve
Brupbacher, Jack Langston Jr. and Bruce Davidson. Honorary pallbearer is Russ
Langston.
