Funeral services are tentatively scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at the chapel of Farrar's First National Funeral Home, with the Reverends Wayne Law and Joe Andrews officiating. Interment will follow in Red Wing Cemetery near Goodwill. Mr. Langford was a native of Oklahoma and was reared in Texas. He had resided in Oak Grove a number of years prior to moving to Bastrop about 12 years ago. He was a retired farmer and a veteran of World War II. His residence was at 902 Pleasant Drive. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lucille Langford; four brothers, George Langford of Dallas, Texas, Oather Langford of Greenville, Texas, Jack Langford and Edward Langford both of Quinlan, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Minnie Reagan, Quinlan, Tex; and a number of nieces and nephews. Cousins will serve as pallbearers.
