Funeral services for Doris Jean Lingefelt, age 78, of Monroe, Louisiana, will be 
2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 2, 2025, Graveside at McKnight Cemetery in Rayville, 
Louisiana with Scott McHand and David Brock officiating. Interment will be in 
the McKnight Cemetery near Rayville, Louisiana. Services are under the direction 
of Cox Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Cox Funeral Home in 
Bastrop, Louisiana.
She is preceded in death by her husband, J. W. "A. D." Lingefelt; parents, 
George Allen McHand and Mary Evelyn McHand; three sisters, Orabell Moore, 
Dorothy Carter, and Mary Trichel; brother, Kenneth McHand.
Doris is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Ronnie Stinson of 
Collinston, Louisiana; son, Bryan Lingefelt of Monroe, Louisiana; eight 
grandchildren, Thomas Lingefelt (Laura), Heather Gray (Vanessa), Courtney Temple 
(Lucas), Cody Stinson (Natalie), Hunter Starnes (Rebecca), Dokota Lingefelt, 
Tyler Lingefelt, Raven Lingefelt; seven great grandchildren, Sebastian Holoubek, 
Emma Grace Holoubek, Christian Lingefelt, Nate Temple, Gabe Temple, Declan 
Temple, River Starnes; brother and sister-in-law, Wesley and Ester McHand of 
Walker, Louisiana; sister, Dianne Redding of West Monroe, Louisiana.
Pallbearers will be J.W. Spruell, Joe McHand, Brad Curby, Brad Lingefelt, 
Brandon McWilliams, Blake Robinson,
