The Times-Picayune [New Orleans, LA], March 28, 1850
  We also hear it rumored that the Hon. Aaron Livingston, from the parish of 
Morehouse, a member of our late House of Representatives, died of the same 
disease [cholera] before reaching his residence.  This rumor, howver, wants 
confirmation.

Additional Comments:
Note:  The Weekly Commercial out of Wilmington, NC [April 12, 1850] confirms 
that Livingston was deceased.
