Golden Funeral Home - November 2016
LOYD LOWERY

Funeral services for Mr. Loyd Lowery, 56, are scheduled for 2 PM Saturday, 
November 19, 2016 in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Myrick 
officiating. Interment will follow in Beekman Cemetery. Visitation will be 
held Saturday from 10 AM until 2 PM service time.

Mr. Lowery loved spending time with his family, his pets, playing the guitar 
and singing.

He is survived by his wife of ten years, Wendy Lowery; mother, Janie Lowery, 
of Bastrop; children, Chasity Huitt and husband Jason, Terry Lowery and wife 
Tina, Jerry Lowery and wife Nina, all of Bastrop; step-children, Becky 
McMullan, Amber Olden and husband Dean, Jennilee Riles, Zachary Robinson and 
wife Crystal; siblings, Jimmy Lowery, Gary Lowery, Steve Lowery, Betty Ann 
Castleberry, William Ray Lowery; grandchildren, step- grandchildren and 
numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Lowery is preceded in death by his father, J.L. Lowery; son, Douglas 
Lowery; grandson, Peyton Baldwin and first wife, Lawanna Gail Hall Lowery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Keith Harris, Jamie Harris, David Montgomery, 
Anthony Johnston, Timmy Lowery and Dean Olden. Honorary pallbearer will be 
Donald Chain.
