DOVIE LEE HOFFORD LINDSAY

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Dovie Lee Hofford Lindsay, age 93, of Bastrop
are scheduled for 1:30 PM Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Memorial Park Cemetery with
Rev. Linnie Lindsay officiating under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 12 noon until 1:00 PM at Golden Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lindsay, a wife, mother and homemaker, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2015.
Her life revolved around her love for the Lord and her family. She also loved to
read her Bible faithfully.

She is survived by her children, Linnie Lindsay and wife Brenda of Stonewall, LA,
Donald Ray Lindsay of Dubberly, LA, Clarence Wayne Lindsay and wife Julia of
Collinston, LA, James Allen Lindsay of Pittsburg, TX, Aleta Carter and husband
Marvin of Bastrop, LA; step-daughter, Barbara Fetchtig and husband Richard of Round
Top, MO; sisters, Patricia Diel and husband Billy, Margie O'Neal, all of Bastrop,
LA; brothers, David Hofford, Wilburn Hofford, Coy Hofford and wife Myrtis, Gene
Hofford and wife Sue; twenty-two grandchildren; thirty-five great grandchildren and
several great great grandchildren.

Mrs. Lindsay is preceded in death by her husband, Emmett L. "Bob" Lindsay; grandson,
Lance Lindsay; step-son, Eddie Lindsay; two sisters and one brother.

Her loved ones will serve as pallbearers.
