MRS. FANNIE E. MARTINEZ

Mrs. Fannie Martinez, 80, of 2301 Sterlington Road, Monroe died Thursday in St. 
Joseph's Home, Monroe after a lengthy illness.
 Rosary services for Mrs. Martinez will be held at 7:30p.m tonight in Meabows 
Funeral Home in Many and Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m Saturday in 
St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Zwolle. Father Pat Scully will officiate.
 Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of 
Monroe.
 survivors include five sons, the Rev. George Martinez and Roy E.Martinez both 
of Monroe.  Anthony C. Martinez, Bon Wier, TX, Joseph P. Martinez, Baton Rouge 
and Steve M. Martinez St. Louis, MO.  A daughter Taresa Martinez, Grand Chenier; 
a sister, Mrs. Lucy Y'Barbo, Chireno, TX; 11 grandchildren and four great 
grandchildren
