BASTROP DAILY ENTERPRISE - FEBRUARY 17, 1975
EDGAR D. MASSEY

Funeral services for Edgar D. Massey, 74, of Bastrop, were held this morning at 
10:30 a.m. at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with the Reverend C.E. Pickens 
officiating.

Burial followed in the Unity Cemetery

Mr. Massey died Saturday at Morehouse General Hospital after a short illness.

He had resided in Bastrop since 1920 and was retired from International Paper 
Company. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Essie Franklin Massey of Bastrop; and several 
nieces and nephews.
