Gerald Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in the Lone Cherry Cemetery, Mangham, LA. The family will receive friends from 11 AM, until the time of the service. Mrs. McDaniel, a homemaker and resident of Mer Rouge, passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021, at the age of seventy-seven. She is preceded in death by her parents; children, Shelia Morris, Denise Spurlock and James Fletcher; siblings, Marie Reno, Margaret Drummond, Billy Williams, Herbert Drummond, Ben Drummond, and Pete Drummond; and granddaughter, Erica Ann Stricklin. Survivors include her husband Everett L. McDaniel; children, Toni Collins and husband Glenn, Linda Fass and husband Gary, La Jean Clampitt and husband Randy, Brad Stricklin, Lance Fletcher, and A.C. Fletcher, Jr. and wife Penny; step- children, Eric V. McDaniel, Kathey Turpin and husband Ronnie, Melissa Gesnial and husband Glen, and Brenda Duvoise; brothers, Frank Williams, and Earl Drummond and wife Mary; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Midway Independent Baptist Church, Holly Ridge, LA. She loved her home and her flowers and enjoyed spending time on her back porch looking at Horseshoe Lake. Her family was the joy of her life and her greatest desire was for them all to be together. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother to everyone who knew her. She was a people person, but her heart belonged to Papa. Serving the family as pallbearers will be Louie Drummond, Dusty Williams, Steven Williams, Jay Drummond, Hank Williams, and Josh Beach.
