JOHN MULLINS

COLLINSTON- Funeral services for John Mullins 82 of Bastrop will be held at 2 
p.m. Tuesday at the Oliver Grove Baptist Church here with the Rev. E.W. Radford 
official.

Burial follows at the Hilltop Cemetery in Mer Rouge under the direction of 
Miller Funeral home of Monroe.

Mr. Mullins died at his residence Tuesday after a lengthy illness.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Eula Mullins of Bastrop; four daughters, Mrs. 
Marie Taylor of Roxie, Miss. Mrs. Bobbie L. Griggs and Mrs Bertha Brooks, both 
of Bastrop and Mrs. Lois A. Reese of Mer Rouge; five sons, Avell Mullins, James 
Mullins, Roy Mullins and Thomas Mullins, all of Bastrop, and John Mullins Jr. of 
Los Angeles, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Florence Bradley of Bastrop, 25 
grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
