JOHNNY DEWAYNE MUSGROVE


Funeral services for Mr. Johnny DeWayne “John-Boy” Musgrove, age 42, are
scheduled for 2 PM Monday, October 30, 2017 at Bonne Idee Assembly of God with
Rev. Jerry Stuckey officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, October 29 from
5 PM until 8 PM at Golden Funeral Home.
Mr. Musgrove, a service representative for Lincare, passed away Thursday,
October 26, 2017. He was a member of Bonne Idee Assembly of God. He loved his
family, his church and especially his wife and children. He was an avid hunter
and fisherman.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth “Nickie” Musgrove; parents, Johnny and
Fredia Musgrove of Bastrop, LA; grandmother, Betty Blake of Bastrop, LA; sons,
Zachary, Cade and Jace Musgrove all of Mer Rouge, LA; sisters, Karen Little and
husband Terrie of Bastrop, LA, Kim Lynn and husband Jeff of Bastrop, LA;
brothers, Joey Musgrove and wife Becky, Justin Musgrove and wife Lacey of
Bastrop, LA; father-in-law, Robert Bayless, Sr.; mother-in-law, Monica Bayless
of Bastrop, LA; brothers-in-law, Robby Bayless of Bastrop, LA, Michael Bayless
and wife Kristy of Monroe, LA; sister-in-law, Rebecca Bayless of Bastrop, LA;
many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Musgrove is preceded in death by his grandparents, Sybil Wallace, George and
Mae Musgrove, Homer Humphreys, and Gene Blake.
