WENDELL MAY

Funeral services for Mr. Wendell May, age 58, of Bastrop, LA, are schedulded for 10
a.m. Friday, January 9, 2015 at New Life Church of God (Bastrop) with Bro. Bobby
Church and Bro. Joey Kennedy officiating. Interment will be in Christ Church
Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 5
p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday at the church.

Mr. May, a retired employee of International Paper Company, passed away Wednesday,
January 7, 2015 at Morehouse General Hospital. He loved hunting, fishing and dealing
with the youth of Morehouse Parish.

Mr. May is survived by his wife, Loretta; two sons, Wade May and Jimbob May, both of
Bastrop, LA; daughter, Christy Osborne and husband Brad, of Lake Village, AR;
brother, Jerry May and wife Betty Sue, of Bastrop, LA; six grandchildren, Cheyenne
May, Heather Osborne, Trevor Osborne, Lacey Osborne, Samantha Osborne and Seth May.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Elizabeth May; grandmother,
Delphia Hoff, and grandfather, Topsy Y. Johnson.

Serving as pallbearers are: Billy Ellingburg, Jim Ellingburg, Arthur Jones, Eric
Jenkins, Paul Martin and Joe Barton.

Honorary pallbearer is Chipper West.
