Golden Funeral Home - August 2015
JESSIE MCCLAIN

Funeral services for Mrs. Jessie McClain, age 81, of Bastrop, LA are 
scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, August 8, 2015 at the Chapel of Golden 
Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Myrick officiating. Interment will be in Christ 
Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday, 
August 7 at Golden Funeral Home.

Mrs. McClain, a retired PAC, loved and served her patients at Lagniappe 
Health Care for over 46 years. This was the first and only job that she ever 
held.

She passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2015.

Mrs. McClain is survived by two daughters, Patty Doles and husband Quincy of 
Farmerville, LA; Debora Sims and husband David of Bastrop, LA; sister, Betty 
Franklin of Denison, TX; two brothers, Kenneth Kelly of Warren AR, Bobby 
Kelly and wife Nancy of Pine Bluff, AR; six grandchildren, seven great-
grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Glen W. McClain; mother, Anna 
Kelly; brother, Elmo Kelly; sister, Juanita Turner; and son-in-law, Terry G. 
Stephens.
