Beverly was born on July 28, 1967, in Bastrop, Louisiana, to Fenner and Mary Beth Nale. She spent her childhood living with her parents in four International Paper towns—Bastrop, Louisiana; Georgetown, South Carolina; Springhill, Louisiana; and Camden, Arkansas. In each of these communities, Beverly was an active member of the local Presbyterian Church and attended public schools. She was known and remembered for her warm smiles and generous hugs, never meeting a stranger and always greeting others with joy. Beverly completed her formal education at Camden High School in 1988. She was a proud Special Olympian and enjoyed a full and active life. Beverly traveled extensively with her parents, visiting her brother’s and sisters’ families and vacationing together in places including Mexico, Hawaii, British Columbia, San Francisco, and Michigan. After the passing of her parents, Beverly, by God’s grace, was welcomed into the life and community of Ouachita Group Living in Camden. There she extended her family to include fellow residents and the devoted staff who supported and worked alongside her at Ouachita Industries, celebrated nine birthdays with her, and lovingly walked with her through the last ten years of her life. It was there that Beverly passed away peacefully, surrounded by people who cherished her. For many years, Beverly faithfully served alongside members of First Presbyterian Church of Camden through the weekly Wednesdays Out to Lunch program, as well as by ushering and preparing bulletins for worship services. She also greatly enjoyed her social activities with Circle of Friends. Beverly is survived by her brother Rick and sister-in-law Linda; her sister Patren and sister-in-law Missy, and sister Janet; her nieces and nephews Bryan Nale (Erica), David Nale, Laura Nale, Chels King (Amanda), Whitney King (Chris), Ariel King (Austin), Erik Teuber (Ceilidhe), and Rebecca Teuber (Ray); and her great-nieces and great-nephews Anderson and Audrey Nale, and Camden, Ellory, and Curran King. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fenner and Mary Beth Nale, and her brother-in-law, Fred Teuber. A celebration of Beverly’s life will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Camden, Arkansas, located at 313 Greening Street, with interment at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 5, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Proctor Funeral Home, 442 Jefferson Street SW, Camden, Arkansas. Memorial contributions may be made to Ouachita Group Living of Camden, First Presbyterian Church of Camden, Special Olympics, or to the charity or organization of your choice. Beverly’s family wishes to express their profound gratitude to her church family at First Presbyterian Church of Camden and to all the residents and staff of Ouachita Group Living of Camden for their love, care, and compassion.
