CHARLIE RAY PAYNE

Memorial services  for Mr. Charlie Ray Payne, age 83 , of Monroe, LA will be
held at 2 PM Friday, December 7, 2018 at the Northeast Veterans Cemetery in
Rayville, LA. He passed away Saturday, December 1, 2018 in West Monroe, LA. Mr.
Payne was a maintenance tech with North Central Vo-Tech School in Farmerville.
He is survived by his children, Lori Jo Taylor and husband Keith of Downsville,
LA, Becky Kelley of Farmerville, LA, Roy "Chip" Payne of Farmerville, LA;
sisters, Elois Auttonberry of Atlanta, GA, Fran Philley of Epps, LA;
grandchildren, Josh Taylor and wife Ginny, Nick Taylor, Brandi Burnham, Caleb
Kelley, Brooke Black and husband Aaron, Roy (Rusty) Payne, Jr, Cody Payne; great
grandchildren, Landon Burnham, Kenlie Kelley, Cody Payne, Jr, Maddie Payne and
Brayden Cromwell.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Tinnie Bell Payne; brother,
Buddy Payne; sisters, Joyce Marie Marsh, Peggy Hamilton; infant daughter, Baby
Payne; and grandson-in-law, Chris Burnham.
Mr. Payne was a U.S. veteran who served in the Marine Corp proudly.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to: Louisiana
Baptist Children’s Home at 7200 DeSiard Street Monroe, LA 71203  or St. Jude
Children’s Research Hospital at    P.O. Box 1000  Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 
38148-0142 .
