Tony Campanale officiating. Interment will follow in Christ Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Philley, a homemaker and member of Greenacres Baptist Church passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe. She was an active member of the Red Cross and Eastern Star. Mrs. Philley is survived by her husband, Thomas M. Philley; son, Donald W. Woodall and wife Lee of North Richland Hills, Texas; sisters, Katherine Bancroft of Brandon, MS, Myrna Poulter of Hot Springs, Arkansas; two grandchildren; six great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; step sons, Wayne Philley and wife Beth of Bastrop, Doug Philley and wife Joyce of Mer Rouge; seven step grandchildren; 15 step great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her late husband, R.D. "Woody" Woodall; parents, two brothers and two sisters. Serving as pallbearers are: John McIntyre, Tommy Little, Terry Little, and Jeff Philley.
