MATTIE PITTMAN

Funeral services for Mrs. Mattie B. Pittman, 81, will be held Friday at 2 p.m. 
at the St. Matthew No. II Baptist Church with the Rev. T.J. Wells officiating. 
Interment will follow in the Mer Rouge Cemetery.

Mrs. Pittman was born March 1, 1893 and died Monday, Jan. 20 at 6:20 p.m.

She was mother of six children, four of whom survive. They are Mrs. Ethel 
German, Mrs. Pearline Jones, Miss Lizzie Pittman, all of Bastrop, Mrs. Ora 
Harris of West Monroe, 38 grandchildren and 23 great, grandchildren.
