PIONEER, LA - Funeral services for Phyllis Jean (Leihr) Plumley, age 74 of 
Pioneer, Louisiana will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at Cox 
Funeral Home Chapel, 200 East Noble Street in Oak Grove, Louisiana.
Reverend Mike Ray will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Bayou Macon Cemetery near Pioneer, Louisiana.
Service are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove, Louisiana.
A time of visitation will be held from 8 AM until 10 AM on Saturday, December 
27, 2025 at Cox Funeral Home, 200 East Noble Street in Oak Grove, Louisiana.
Mrs. Plumley passed into eternal life on Monday, December 22, 2025 at LeGrand 
Health Care in Bastrop, Louisiana.
She is preceded in death by her son, Patrick Randall Plumley; father, Henry Ivan 
Leihr; mother, Grace Inez (Bruce) Leihr; sister, Beverly Carroll; and brother, 
Mitchell Leihr.
Phyllis is survived by son, John Paul Garner of Pioneer, Louisiana; daughter and 
son-in-law, Lea Anne and Victor Sanchez of Oak Grove, Louisiana; son and 
daughter-in-law, Cameron Michael and Lacie Plumley of Alexandria, Louisiana; 
brother, Danny Leihr of Oak Grove; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Victor Sanchez, John Paul Garner, Cameron Plumley, Adrian 
Sanchez, Shawn Plumley, Jerry Calhoun, Randy Plumley, Chris Butler.
