She is survived by one son: William (Butch) Blanchard; four daughters: Sandra (Sandy) Harden, Theresa (Terri) Womack, Kimberly (Kim) Womack and Linda Davis; Twenty-eight grandchildren: Michael Blanchard, Emily and Ryan Teague, Randi and Charlie Salazar, Madeline Elias, Robert Todd Foller, Norma Foller, Nancy Howard, Lovie and Wesley Lord, Lauren Smothers, Jimmy and Jayne Votaw, Nelson and Lindsay Votaw, Tip and Corina Votaw, Jeremy and Mari Stafford, Jennifer and Steven Brady, Amanda Womack, Brandon Womack, Melissa and Carlos Pruitt, Will and Jessica Davis; Forty-three great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; one sister: Pat Sizemore; one brother: Jack Rapp; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four daughters: Eleanor (Cookie) Blanchard, Beverly Foller, Juanita (Nita) Oglesby and Pamela (Pam) Blanchard; two sons-in law: Robert Foller and Joseph Oglesby; four grandchildren: George Elias, Joseph Oglesby, Jr, Jeffrey Stafford and Leslie Leighly; parents: Harry and Eleanor Rapp; two brothers: William Rapp, Robert Rapp; one sister: Jill Restivo; and her former husbands; Thaddeux Blanchard (father of their children) and Jack Rainwater. Special thanks to the staff at LeGrand Health Care and Rehabilitation Center who lovingly provided care for Harriet during this past year and a half. Also, special thanks to the staff of Premier Hospice. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 10, 2020, at the Bastrop United Pentecostal Church, with Bro.
