RAMPHREY Graveside funeral services for Mr. Malcolm E. Ramphrey are scheduled for 2 PM, Friday, December 31, 2021, at Memorial Park Cemetery with Bro. Marvin Tabora officiating under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Mr. Ramphrey, a resident of Bastrop, passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at the age of sixty-three. Mr. Ramphrey was a member of the North Bastrop Church of God. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren play all sports. He was an avid LSU fan and kept track of all the sport’s statistics. Hunting and fishing were two of the things in life that he enjoyed most. Mr. Ramphrey is survived by his wife, Becky Ramphrey; daughter, Leslie Blake, sons, Chris Ramphrey and Jessie Ramphrey; grandchildren, Hunter Lusby, Chelsay Ramphrey, Ethan Windham, Breyden Windham, and Christopher Ramphrey, Jr. Ramphrey, Ty Ramphrey, Hannah Johnson, Christian Ross, and Dillon Johnson; and five great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dave and Adelaide Ramphrey; sister, Shirley Dungan; father-in-law, Owen Dement; a granddaughter, Tori Johnson; and nieces, Jennifer Stephenson and Tracey Dement.
