Doug Edwards officiating. Interment will follow in the Tillou Cemetery under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Bastrop. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cox Funeral Home. Shane was born November 13, 1970 in New Orleans and he died Sunday, November 18, 2007 at St. Francis Hospital in Monroe. Shane was a member of the Tillou Baptist Church and a member and graduate of the Class of 1990 at Bastrop High School. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rhoda Dell Lynn Scarborough. Surviving Shane are his two sons, Tyler Shane and Jamee Lynn Scarborough of Bastrop; his parents, James and Marie Scarborough of Haile, La.; two sisters, Kitty Scarborough of Haile and Jennie Scarborough of Hot Springs, Ark.; a brother, Trinity Scarborough of Bastrop; grandmother, Ann Kennedy of Bastrop; father and mother-in-law, Ricky and Lealor Lynn of Bastrop; sister-in-law, Cassidy Goodman and husband Jimmy Goodman of Bastrop; two brothers-in-law, Jeff Lynn and wife, Kim Lynn and Wade Lynn and wife, Mandy Lynn, all of Bastrop; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Serving as pallbearers are Harold Sharp, Chad Smith, Joseph Bridges, Vance Goodman, and John Sharp. Honorary pallbearer is Dudley Brown.
