Tim Post officiating. Interment will follow in Mer Rouge Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, prior to the service beginning at 1:30 PM. Mr. Sebren, a retired millwright/welder, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at the age of eighty-one. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church where he was known as the “Candyman” by all of the children. He loved kids and enjoyed piddling in his shop! Mr. Sebren is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Glenda Smith Sebren; daughter, Tammy Pritchard; step-children, Carmen Andrews, and husband Roger, Susie Mardis, and James Mardis, and wife Nicole; sister, Norma Eyr; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; sons, Theron Sebren and Jody Sebren; brothers, Ronny, Tommy, and Benny; sisters, Betty and Jimmie Sue; and one grandson, Colt. Serving as pallbearers will be Bryan Halterman, Seth Eppinette, Jeremy Andrews, Chris Andrews, Matthew Andrews, and Dane Pritchard. Honorary pallbearers will be Brook Sebren, Jared Sebren, and Riley Mardis.
