PATRICIA A. SMITH

Funeral services for Mrs. Patricia A. Smith, 64, of Bastrop are scheduled for 
1 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with 
the Rev. Jim Ingram officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park 
Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Mrs. Smith, a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church, passed away 
Friday, February 20, 2009. She was a loving wife and mother and very giving of 
herself.

She is survived by her husband, Martin Smith; daughter, Toni Stover and 
husband Robert of Tulsa, Okla.; son, James Wade Smith of Bastrop; sister, 
Margaret Winnon and husband Thomas of Wilmot, Ark.; brothers, Tommy Gene 
Hughes and wife Joanne of El Dorado, Ark., the Rev. William E. Hughes and wife 
Betsy of San Antonio, Texas; six grandchildren, Brittney Stover, Kayla Stover, 
Colton Stover, Jared Robinson, Jacea Robinson and Wade Houston Smith.

Mrs. Smith is preceded in death by her daughter, Sherry Lynn Robinson; 
parents, Abner T. Hughes and Lois Leavinia Hughes.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Culp, Lee Derrick, Larry Fryday, Robert Shaw, 
Raymond Westbrook and Terry Williams.

Honorary pallbearers are James Wade Smith, Curtis Winnon, Thomas Winnon, 
Woodrow Kelly, Robert Stover, Jr., Brad Winnon, Steve Winnon and Jeff Robinson.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church at 620 E. Madison 
Ave., Bastrop, LA 71220.
