It is with deep love and gratitude that we celebrate the life of our Mom and Meme, who passed from this life into the arms of Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior. Born in Arkansas and raised in Fresno, California, she grew up full of energy, grace, and talent. In school, she excelled as both a swimmer and a dancer, never afraid to try something new and always giving her best. She also developed a lifelong affection for horses that would follow her throughout her life. She married and became the devoted mother of three children, raising them in Oak Grove, La. There, she embraced the rodeo life as a skilled barrel racer and shared her love of swimming by teaching her children to be strong, confident swimmers. She was an extraordinarily talented seamstress-creating beautiful doll dresses for Christmas shoeboxes, stitching treasured outfits for her grandchildren, and crafting costumes and dresses over the years. She lovingly sewed her daughters' clothing and provided alterations for Main Street Oak Grove for many years, pouring care and precision into every stitch. A woman of deep faith, she loved Jesus and raised her children in church at Kilbourne First Baptist, where she joyfully sang in the choir and directed the youth choir. Her heart for worship and her commitment to her church family were constants in her life. She deeply loved her grandchildren, whether she was attending their sporting events, celebrating their milestones, or simply sharing special moments. She adored her great-grandchildren, especially through their hugs. No matter what kind of day she was having, their visits could instantly brighten her day. Trece is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, DeAnna and Todd Smith of Oak Grove, Louisiana; son and daughter-in-law, Jessie and Tara Williamson of Transylvania, Louisiana; daughter and son-in-law, Kellye and Clay Sanders of Oak Grove, Louisiana; four grandchildren, Brooke Kirby and husband Jeremy of Delhi, Louisiana, Drew Johnson and husband Adam of Oak Grove, Louisiana, Landon Smith and wife Amelia of Start, Louisiana, Jessica Williamson of Transylvania, Louisiana; five great grandchildren, Raylan Johnson, Jace Johnson, Maddux Kirby, Maverick Kirby, Lainey Smith. She was a beautiful lady-one who could shine with elegance and grace, then slip on rubber boots and grab a shovel without hesitation. Never afraid of hard work, she lived by example and instilled in her children and grandchildren the importance of perseverance, responsibility, and doing every task with integrity. Her love, her strength, and her steady presence shaped our lives immeasurably. She will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always treasured in our hearts. Pallbearers will be Keith Lowery, Mike Alexander, Eugene Vernon, Archie Haley, Obie Rouse, Kenneth Green.
