Oak Grove, Louisiana
Funeral services for Barbara Ann Taylor, age 88, of Oak Grove, Louisiana, will 
be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the Forest Baptist Church in Forest, 
Louisiana, with Rev. Leslie Yates and Byron Campbell officiating. Services are 
under the direction of Cox Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00 PM -2:00 PM at the Forest Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Carroll Taylor Sr.; son, John 
Byron Campbell; parents, Edward Cordell Pearson and Ethel Marie Austin Pearson; 
two granddaughters, Crystal Frasier and Melissa Collum; two sons-in-law, Wayne 
Fortenberry and Brandon Reeves.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Sandy Fortenberry of Oak Grove, Louisiana; 
daughter, Donna Reeves of Oak Grove, Louisiana; son, Sidney Taylor Jr. of Oak 
Grove, Louisiana; daughter-in-law, Kim Campbell of Oak grove, Louisiana; 12 
grandchildren and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
