Golden Funeral Home - September 2018
JERRY DLANCE TOMLIN


Funeral services for Mr. Jerry DLance Tomlin are scheduled for 11:00 A.M.
Saturday, September 22, 2018, in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home, with Rev.
Dennis Hackler officiating. The interment will follow in Pine Grove Baptist
Church Cemetery, under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. The family will
receive friends Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. service time at Goldens.
Mr. Tomlin, a retiree of Ouachita Parish School Board and Goodyear, passed way
Wednesday, September 19, 2018, at the age of 81. He was a member of Cherry Ridge
Baptist Church and loved his family and his church dearly. Mr. Tomlin enjoyed
the Council on Aging, where he visited often.
He is survived by his two sons, Donald Tomlin and wife Erica, Jimmy Kendall; six
grandchildren, Donnie Tomlin, Dakota Tomlin, Jack Tomlin, Dylan Stephens, Meghan
Morris, Korey Morris and one great grandchild, Waylon Stephens.
Mr. Tomlin is preceded in death by his wife, Robbie Tomlin; daughter, Vickie
Morris; granddaughter, Abrah Morris and his parents.
