Funeral services for Lorinea Kimball Tomlinson of Bastrop will be held at 2 

p.m., Monday, Jan. 5, at First United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Arie Fulton 

and Rev. Dwight Fulton officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park 

Cemetery.



Mrs. Tomlinson, age 83, died Jan. 3, 2004 at Morehouse General Hospital. She 

was a member of First Pentecostal Church.



She is survived by her two daughters, Jackie Owens of Bastrop and Neecy 

Johnston and husband Nowayne of Bossier City; one son, Louie Tomlinson of San 

Antonio, Texas; 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.



 

 

She is preceded in death by her husband, E.L. "Chicken" Tomlinson.



Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Wilford 

Layton, Milford Harper, Vernon Brewster and Dr. Carter Cox.
