Visitation will be held from 9 AM until 1 PM Saturday at Golden Funeral Home. Mr. Templeton, age 55, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015. He was a handyman and known as a “Jack of All Trades.” He enjoyed playing pool, dancing, and was a practical joker. He is survived by his wife, Dena Templeton; mother, Glenda Jackson of Bastrop, LA; step daughter, Hannah West of Bastrop, LA; sisters, Mary Pennington of Bastrop, LA, and Linda Teddy of Mississippi; brothers, Jimmy Kendall, Jr. and wife Patricia of Paris, AR, and Eddie Jackson of Bastrop, LA; step granddaughter, Sherry West of Bastrop, LA. Mr. Templeton is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Kendall, Sr. Serving as pallbearers will be Howard Roan, Terry Bordenaro, Mike Cook, Lil David Stephens, Stanley Guyewski and Jeff. Honorary pallbearers will be Timothy Carr, Chris Carr and Calvin Lebrun.
