Phillip McCready officiating. Interment will follow in Christ Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, prior to the service, beginning at 1 PM. Mrs. White, a member of First Baptist Church of Bastrop, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at the age of eighty-seven. She was a retired Bank Vice President of what was originally called The Bank of Morehouse and also served as the treasurer of her Sunday School Class at First Baptist Church for many years. Mrs. White is survived by her daughter, Monica White Sweat; son, Ronald Walter White and wife Nina; sisters, Barbara Smith, Dianne Thomas, Bettye Sue Charles; grandchildren, Brad White and wife Stephanie, Brent White and wife Laura, Kristi Morrison and husband Greg, Kelsey Gregory and husband James; great grandchildren, Halie Tomboli and husband Ty, Dalton Bulloch, John Walter Gregory, Blake White, Blair White, Lainey Rose White, Sophie Grace White, Cohen Kinnard, Mary-Claire Kinnard, Mackenzie Gregory; and special friend, whom she loved just as a grandchild, Angel Justus. She is preceded in death by her parents, John Russell Rials and Lois Taylor Rials Davis; spouse, John Walter White; and brother, John Rials. Serving as pallbearers will be Brad White, James Gregory, Greg Morrison, Ben White, Dalton Bulloch, and Ty Tomboli. The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Carter Cox and Cherry Ridge Nursing Home for taking such good care of Mrs. White.
