WILMER WILLIAMS Mrs. Wilmer Williams, 83, succumbed to a short illness at the Morehouse General Hospital Wednesday morning. Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday in Van Avenue Assembly of God Church with the Reverend Mike Cheshire officiating. Interment will be in Beekman Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home. Having been a Morehouse Parish resident all her life, Mrs. Williams was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Survivors include two sons, Ocie Williams and Bill Williams, both of Bastrop; four daughters, Mrs. Ethel Knight of Shreveport, Mrs. Vera McKoin of Bastrop, Mrs. Helen Blackwell of Houston and Mrs. Dorothy Penick of Lebanon, Virginia; two brothers, Dennis Sudduth of Baton Rouge and John Sudduth of Los Angeles, California; two sisters, Mrs. Nona McCullough of Beaumont, Texas and Mrs. Tiny Shirley of DeRidder; 38 grandchildren, 80 great grandchildren and 10 gret, great grandchildren.
