HELEN SEXTON WILSON

Graveside funeral services for Helen Sexton Wilson, 95 of Bastrop formerly of 
Delhi will be held at 2:00PM Saturday, July 7, 2012 at the Pine Grove United 
Methodist Church Cemetery, 4549 Hwy 159, Minden, LA with Rev. Allen Eppinette 
officiating.
Visitation will be held from 5-7PM Friday at Cox Funeral Home in Delhi.

Mrs. Wilson died Thursday at the Lagniappe Health Care Center in Bastrop. She 
was a member of the Delhi United Methodist Church and the local Pilot Club.
She was a retired School Teacher, was an active supporter with the Delhi 
Manger ( a school and center for the mentally and physically challenged) and 
loved to speak French with people.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joel R. Wilson; a daughter, Sally 
Wilson, her parents, Felix Sexton and Lillian Mims Sexton; four sisters and 
one brother, Henry Sexton, Nancy McGee, Lillian Jackson, Ruth Johns and Louise 
Wedemeyer.

Helen is survived by two sons, Joe Bob Wilson and wife Mary Doles of Bastrop 
and Danny Wilson and wife Monica of Zachary, LA; six grandchildren, Mandy 
Wilson, Sadie Gray and husband Tim, Christy Rae Wilson, Daniel Wilson, Will 
Johnson and wife Heather and Corey Johnson and wife Jessica; four great 
grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Jack Jackson, Tim Gray, Will Johnson, Corey Johnson, 
Marlon Sexton and David Wilson Jr.

Departed on Jul. 5, 2012 and resided in Bastrop, LA
