WILSON Funeral services for Gordon R. Wilson, formerly of Bastrop were held at 10 a.m. today at St. Alban's Episcopal Church in Monroe with Rev. Bradley Trimble officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home. Mr. Wilson had lived in Bastrop until recently where he was a supervisor with International Paper Co. He ahd retired recently and moved to Monroe. He was a native of St. Louis County, Mo., and a member of St. Alban's Episcopal Church. Mr. Wilson died Sunday at his home after a short illness. Survivors include his wife, Carol of Monroe; two sons, Hank and Stoney Wilson, both of Monroe; a daughter, Miss Deirdre Wilson, Monroe; two sisters, Mrs. Ruby Levy and Mrs. Lureen Williams, both of Bastrop; his mother, Mrs. Ina Wilson of Bastrop. Pallbearers listed were J. Edward, L. Williams, John Henry McKoin, Travis Montgomery, Merrell Hayes and Ernie Castleberry. Honorary pallbearers were all of the supervisors of International Paper Co, Bastrop Mill.
