Below is a typed Marriage Certificate dated May 7, 1908. I don't know
how these folks are related to Edna B. Harrison or Felix T. Harrison
and if any one can help, please reply.

Sixth Judicial District Court
To any Judge, Justice of the Peace or Minister of the Gospel Legally
Authorized to Solemnize Marriages in said Parish---GREETING:
You are hereby licensed and empowered to unite in the bonds of
matrimony Mr. Charley Scarbrough and Miss Bessie L. Harrison
according to the formalities required by law.
