By virtue of an order of Hon, the district Court in and for the parish of Natchitoches, State of Louisiana, to me addressed, I will sell at public auction to the last and highest bidder on Wednesday the 21th, day September 1904, at the late residence of the deceased Jane Franklin on Old River and Bayou Natchez the following described property belonging to said succession to wit; A certain tract of land with the buildings and improvements thereon situated on Bayou Natchez and described as per plat of survey of October 8th, 1800, made by Harry Percy Survey or; beginning at the point "A" thence down Bayou Natchez to "B" from whence a thorn Locust 15 in, diameter bearing S, 15, W 25 and 1-2 Links distant. Thence north 50, west 6, 71-100 chains; thence South 40 west 2, 13-100 chains to the place of beginning. Containing five and 40-100 acres.
