HAYES, PROBATE DOCKET, PARISH OF RAPIDES, LA By virture of an order of sale in the succession of J. W. Hayes issued out of the district Court in and for the parish of Rapides and to me directed, I will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder in order to pay debts due by said succession at 11 o'clock a.m. on SATURDAY FEBY 15th 1919 the following property situated in the Parish of Natchitoches, la, to wit: A certain tract of land situated in the Parish of Natchitoches, containg forty acres, bounded North by property of Baptiste Dubois; East by baptiste Dubois; West by property of J. W. Hayes; South by property of Signor Tie Co., acquired by J. W. hayes from J. J. Worley Jan. 14th, 1909, recorded in Book 130, page 580. Also a tract of land in the Parish of Natchitoches, La, bounded North by property of Wm. Brock, on the West by property of W. F. Robertson, East by property of J. B. Dubois and South by property of G. W. Signor Tie Co., North line between the property of Wm. Brock and J. W. Hayes commences 600 yards from Cane River, containing 100 acres more or less, acquired by J. W. Hayes from Wm. Brock Jan 14th 1909, recorded in book 130 page 581.
