The Sieur Clement de Larouche fills with zeal and the required ability for the duties of a public instructor at Cloutierville. We count thirteen pupils in the said school, ten of whom are paying pupils and three are free. The professor teaches the French and English languages, Arithmetic, Geography, and History. We have reason to be satisfied with the prosperity of the said school, and we think it shall continue to be kept in good order.
